This hotel saved our vacation! We unfortunately booked another hotel that turned out to be a nightmare so we left and stayed at The Burbank Hotel instead. It was FANTASTIC! The Cafe, the bar, the pool, the views the room and we'll above par and I'd even compare them to the W. However the real gems of this hotel were the staff. The kind and friendly staff at the café, the bartenders that made us late night coffee and poured the wine, the front desk with their smiles and efficiency. They saved our vacation. If I lived in Burbank I would eat breakfast at the cafe Monday through Friday, the kind lady that ran it and the gentlemen that brought our food made every start of the day special. Thank you Hotel Burbank staff!!!
Really great place to stay. Customer service is everything and must be acknowledged when it’s amazing. Ivette was so nice and polite it was highly appreciated. Karla was very professional and helpful. Very satisfied with my stay. The food was great. Thank you !
I'm prepared for check out today, but I don't want to leave! Front desk, bar/cafe all so friendly and professional. My standard king room faced the mountains; being from Florida, the upgrade was worth it! Would highly recommend this hotel for a host of reasons, but it really is situated in a perfect spot. Location, location, location. Perfect stay. I WILL RETURN.

I chose this hotel to host a professional conference. We had 35 attendees in the Fireside room and 42 attending via video link. Perfect spot for a business meeting. The sales, catering and IT staff went above and beyond. The breakfast, snacks and lunch all were on time, plentiful and very tasty. We had 13 people who stayed overnight for the conference. They said the rooms were great. The shuttle to the hotel was a plus. The pool and gardends are very nice too. So glad I picked this property for the conference. Great location for a meeting.
We have had sooo many bad experiences with hotels in LA when we go visit Universal Studios!! It is so nice to say we have finally found our hotel for every trip!! We had a great stay, such a pleasant hotel with a clean and quiet neighborhood. The rooms were nice and clean, air condition worked great, the only 2 things i’d change is the water pressure in the shower wasn’t great and if they offered breakfast other than that everything was 10/10 very friendly staff as well. Thank you Hotel Burbank we will be back to stay!!
My daughter and I stayed for 8 nights and all I can say is absolutely WOW!! It was stunning, the view from our room and the staff were all amazing. Our cleaning lady Rosetta was amazing as were all the staff great locations, only negative thing was that we had to leave could have stayed forever fell in love with Burbank and will never stay anywhere else thankyou to all the amazing staff Cherie and Jenna-rose xxx
We had a great experience at the Hotel Burbank. We encountered a serious issue with our room and upon notifying management they made sure the problem was resolved. The suite we stayed in was luxurious and the beds/pillows were the most comfortable of our trip. Good location near downtown Burbank and the train station. High floors have great views of the Verdugo mountains
